BENEFITS FOR YOUR PRACTICE

Your time belongs to patient care.

Give providers a draft to work from and staff a clearer starting point for documentation. ScribeHelp turns recorded conversations into clinical notes and transcripts, with the evidence to review them and the physician in control.

Start with a draft.
Keep the final say.

Review AI-generated notes instead of starting from a blank page. Refine the draft, add saved phrases and copy the reviewed note into your EHR.

Stay with the conversation.

Record or upload the encounter so you can revisit what was discussed when preparing your notes. Keep the visit’s context close at hand.

Give your team the evidence.

Use transcripts and audio playback to verify the draft. Support documentation work within assigned access, with clinician review before use.

HOW ScribeHelp™ WORKS

A straightforward path to easy clinical notes.

01

Start the visit

Enter the patient’s name, MRN or patient ID or date of birth, visit type and reason. Confirm recording consent.

02

Capture the conversation

Record or upload audio. Preview the recording, then submit it for clinical note generation.

03

Review and refine

Check the note against transcript evidence and audio. Review coding suggestions and add saved phrases where appropriate.

04

Save and copy

Save your clinical review. Once current coding is ready, copy the reviewed note and coding suggestions for manual entry into your EHR.

CLINICAL TRACEABILITY

Focus on the conversation.

A useful clinical draft should be easy to check. ScribeHelp™ keeps transcript evidence and recording playback close to the note.

  • Clinician and patient speaker labels
  • Source transcript references for generated content
  • Playback from relevant transcript timestamps
  • Editable sections and an explicit clinical review step

Provider edits must be checked against the original evidence. References are not a guarantee that edited text remains supported.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Know exactly what to expect.

Which note formats can I use?

ScribeHelp™ currently offers SOAP and History & Physical. Saved phrases add reusable text blocks. Saved phrases and text are manual references inserted by providers, not automatically generated content.

Can I use it for office and virtual visits?

You can identify an encounter as an Office Visit or Virtual Visit before recording. These physician-entered details appear in the note without changing the generated clinical content.

Which coding suggestions are available?

ScribeHelp™ suggests ICD-10-CM and SNOMED CT codes included in the Plus plan. It shows model confidence and matching text for review. CPT coding is only included in the Premium plan. Coding suggestions are not a billing guarantee.

Does ScribeHelp™ push directly into an EHR?

The current workflow supports copying a reviewed note and its coding suggestions for manual entry into your EHR. Direct EHR writeback or EHR push, are considered custom development and available with the Premium plan as a Add-On.

Does AI replace physician review?

No. Notes and coding suggestions are assistive drafts. A physician must review their accuracy, save that review and confirm current coding before using the reviewed-note copy workflow.

What language does the current workflow support?

The current recording-to-note workflow supports US-English encounters. Multilingual recording, translation and universal specialty coverage are not advertised as supported features at this time.

How do I request a BAA or security documentation?

Email sales@ideatesol.com to request a customer BAA and information about our approved privacy, retention and security policies. Do not include patient information in your inquiry.
