HOW SCRIBEHELP™ WORKS
A conversation.
A draft.
A note you control.
Spend less effort starting notes from scratch. ScribeHelp turns your encounter recording into a clinical draft and transcript, so you can focus on checking, refining and completing your documentation.
YOUR VISIT, IN FOUR STEPS
More focus on patient care.- 01Create visitChoose your note format
- 02Record or uploadSubmit for processing
- 03Review draftPhysician checks and saves
- 04Copy to EHRPaste, verify and save
AI helps with the draft. You stay in control.
FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
From encounter to reviewed documentation.
Capture once. Work from a draft. Keep the source evidence close at hand.
-
01
Provider
Create a visit.
Enter the patient’s name and one identifier: MRN, patient ID or date of birth. Choose the visit type, reason and note format, then start the visit.
One place to organize the encounter before you record. -
02
Provider
Capture the conversation.
Confirm recording consent, then record with pause and resume controls or upload an existing encounter recording. Check playback and select Submit & process.
Let the conversation become a draft while processing runs in the background. -
03
Provider
Review. Refine. Save.
Open Ready for Review. Check each section against transcript evidence and audio, correct the draft, and add missing details or saved phrases. Confirm your review and save changes.
Start with a structured draft instead of a blank page. You make the final clinical decisions. -
04
Authorized users
Copy into your EHR.
After physician review is saved, copy the note. Open the correct patient record in your EHR, paste into the intended field, verify the content and save.
A familiar copy-and-paste workflow. No automatic EHR writeback is assumed.
Position your microphone to capture all participants and obtain required consent before recording. Patient context entered at visit creation is for your reference; it is not sent for clinical note generation.
KNOW WHAT’S NEXT
Find the visit.
Follow its progress.
Search Visits by patient name or ID, then select the patient to open the note, transcript and recording. Providers see their own visits; other access depends on the user’s role.
Refresh or load more when needed. Search and sorting apply to visits already loaded on the page.

MAKE THE WORKFLOW YOUR OWN
Helpful tools. Clear next steps.
Reuse your everyday phrases
Save frequently used text in Templates & phrases, then insert it while editing. Adapt it to the encounter and review the note before saving. Personal references are manual aids; they do not change future note generation or train the system.
Review coding suggestions
Plus and Premium: review ICD-10 and SNOMED CT suggestions below the Plan section. They are based on the Assessment, not the entire note. Physician validation is required; confidence scores are model estimates, not verified clinical or billing accuracy.
Saving note changes refreshes coding. Wait until coding for the current note version is ready before copying the reviewed note with its suggestions.
Inspect completed clinical output
Once physician review has been saved, authorized users can select View Clinical Output and use its copy controls. This view stays disabled until review is saved.
Keep your workspace organized
Providers can use the visit’s Action menu and confirm Remove visit to hide it from the workspace. Stored recordings, transcripts, notes and audit history are retained.
Discard cancels the current recording workflow and returns to Visits. It does not permanently delete stored encounter files.
LESS STARTING FROM SCRATCH. MORE TIME FOR CARE.

Please do not email patient information. Generated notes and coding suggestions require physician review.
