How does ScribeHelp pricing work?
ScribeHelp offers Basic, Plus and Premium plans with monthly pricing per physician. Basic covers recording, transcription, draft notes and review tools. Plus adds ICD-10 and SNOMED CT coding suggestions. Premium adds CPT coding and offers custom EHR integration as an add-on. Contact the team to confirm pricing, usage allowances and service terms.

Does ScribeHelp support my clinical documentation workflow?
ScribeHelp supports browser recording or audio upload, SOAP or History & Physical drafts, transcripts, audio playback and saved phrases. Providers review and edit generated notes before copying them into the EHR. Coding suggestions depend on the plan and require clinician validation. Custom EHR integration requires a separate discussion about your practice’s requirements.
How is patient information handled?
According to your website, ScribeHelp uses AWS infrastructure, encryption in transit and at rest, multifactor authentication, role-based access and audit logging. Customer Business Associate Agreements are available. Removing a visit from the workspace does not delete stored recordings, notes or audit history. Retention and deletion arrangements depend on the practice’s agreements and applicable requirements. Patient information should only be submitted through authorized clinical workflows, never through the public contact form or ordinary email.
