Protecting information

ScribeHelp uses encryption in transit and at rest, multi-factor authentication, role-based access and audit logging. Providers access their own visits; administrative and support permissions limit access according to role. Recording playback requires authorized access, with short-lived recording links.

Using the service responsibly

Keep account credentials and authentication codes private. Use authorized accounts and devices, obtain required recording consent and check patient details before copying notes into the EHR. A physician must review generated notes and validate coding suggestions before use.

Questions or suspected incidents

Report suspected unauthorized access or other security concerns to support@ideatesol.com. Describe the concern and how to contact you, without including patient information, passwords or authentication codes.

No online system can guarantee absolute security. Incident handling and any required notifications depend on the circumstances, applicable law and customer agreements.
